What I will do is guide you toward a personal strategy that maximizes your inner resources—your vision, energy, creativity and commitment—to explore and bring about the change you want to see in your life.

Choose a Coaching Plan

If we decide we’re a good fit, we’ll determine the coaching services that best meet your needs and vision (3, 6 or 12 months). All packages include unlimited access to me between sessions via email or Voxer.

Commit to Your Outcomes

At the end of each session, you’ll commit to one more actions in service to your vision. In addition to any coaching homework you’re assigned, you’re also encouraged to explore other methods or systems on your own that you’re drawn to.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is coaching?
At its essence, coaching centers on closing the distance between where you are now and where you’d like to be and is less concerned with how you came to be who you are (though sometimes these stories are important to the process). The foundation of how I coach focuses on areas we identify as central to your holistic well being.
Is coaching like therapy?
Coaching is NOT therapy. Whereas therapy can be loosely summarized as a “look back”, coaching is forward looking and focuses on helping you move from your current state to your ideal state. Further, Muddy Lotus Coaching does not intend to work on issues like addiction, depression, anxiety, phobias or destructive or abusive behavior patterns and encourages prospective clients who may be dealing with any of these to seek help from a licensed counselor or therapist in combination with any coaching work.
Do I have to come to you with a goal?
No goals required. In fact, I have personal bias against the word goals and pressure-filled practices like goal setting. I prefer to think in terms of visions and outcomes. Most often clients come to me when a vision is just beginning to form, they feel like they’re not making progress or they’re not sure how to start being in service to that vision and themselves.
How does the ongoing process work?
We’ll begin each session with a recap of what’s changed or shifted since our last meeting—what tools or practices did and didn’t work, where you experienced ease and flow, and when (and why) other situations felt hard. We’ll examine any mental blocks, thought patterns or limiting beliefs that showed up for you and deconstruct them in order to understand, re-frame or release them.

Where do sessions take place?
All sessions are currently remote due to COVID-19. We can meet via phone, Skype or Zoom.
What forms of payment do you take?
While sessions are remote, payments may be made via Venmo or PayPal. Full payment is due at the beginning of each session. If you are paying by PayPal, you receive an invoice via email to pay before your session.
